"Very disappointed in the customer service provided by this office. I have tried now since December 2024 to discuss cancellation of my policy due to a major life change. When I finally heard back from the office after multiple messages, I learned that they just outright cancelled my policy immediately,. (Note - I had also contacted State Farm directly with no response.) Took multiple phone calls and messages to have the policy reinstated so my coverage would not lapse and identified a specific date I would terminate the coverage. Now I just received an automatic renewal notice and promptly called the office and left a voicemail (11:22 am) and also texted the office (11:28 am). I have never spoken to the actual agent, just his office staff. I overlooked the lackluster communication that I have experienced for the five years maintained policies, but I am frustrated that it is non-existence now that I need to cancel."

"On July 29, 2023 my daughters and son in laws house was damaged by the high winds that hit much of Central Illinois. It has now been 9 days and neither they or Serv Pro can get claims or this agents office to return their calls. Bad business and customer service."

"I cant say enough how wonderful the team at the Scofield office is but the person in particular is Sadie. She has been beyond helpful with everything helped lower my rate overall signed me up for super cheap life insurance plus when I had to deal with some money troubles still made sure my policy was still active plus was very understanding. The best insurance office I have ever dealt with ever. They got me for life I even got the homies signing up for insurance through them as well. Just overall amazing experience. Give Sadie a raise she deserves it."
